The 'Love On Top' singers' upcoming live outing sold out in just ten minutes this weekend.

Beyonce fans have been reacting to the news that tickets to the singer's upcoming 'Mrs. Carter Show' tour are being sold on Ebay for over £600 after selling out in just ten minutes this weekend.

Many fans were angry with ticket sites on Saturday morning (23rd February) as they were kept in long queues and unable to have any chance of purchasing tickets to any of the UK shows.

Ticketmaster issued a message on their Twitter account revealing that the majority of the tickets were snapped up during pre-sales.

They added: "We’re really sorry, demand was massive and we've sold out of our allocation. @beyonce is the most popular solo artist in the world!"

O2 also issued an apology to fans unable to get hold of tickets.

"All tickets for Beyonce have now sold out. We understand your disappointment but sometimes demand is much higher than what is available," a statement from the company read.

Even celebrity stars were venting their frustrations on Twitter, with Olympic swimmer Rebecca Adlington among the disappointed.

"3 computers, refreshing like crazy but no beyonce tickets! Hope anyone else trying has had more success!," she wrote.

Beyonce will play 11-dates across the country in April and May – including six nights at London's O2 Arena.

Meanwhile, Capital is still offering fans the chance to grab tickets for the sold-out shows.

The Destiny's Child star's husband Jay-Z has also this past week announced details of a new joint tour alongside Justin Timberlake.
