Beyonce Shows Off New Short Pixie Hairstyle After Chopping Off Trademark Long Curls

The 'Grown Woman' singer has opted for a change of look after years with long, blonde hair.

Beyonce has shown off a dramatic new look this week after chopping off her trademark curly locks for a cropped pixie hairstyle. 

The 'Love On Top' singer has always had long hair, usually blonde, over the course of her lengthy career but opted for a change of style this week after giving fans their first look at the new 'do on Instagram.

Beyonce let the pictures speak for themselves on Wednesday (7th August) when she posted several snaps without any comment, each showing off her short, side-parted pixie style from both the front and back.

The 'Countdown' star's new look comes just days after she played her final New York date on 'The Mrs. Carter Show' world tour, which took place this past Monday (5th August) and even saw Beyonce's husband Jay-Z joining her on stage.
