Beyonce Buys $6 Million Mansion In Texas For Mum Tina Knowles?

The 'End Of Time' singer is said to have splashed out on a palatial property back in her home state.

Beyonce is reportedly preparing to fork out almost $6 million on a luxurious mansion for her mother Tina Knowles.

According to MailOnline, the 'Love On Top' singer is now finalising a deal to buy her mum a six bedroom mansion just outside of Houston, Texas.

The 25,000 square foot property, listed on HoustonMansion.com, boasts 16 bathrooms, a games room, a private cinema, a swimming pool and two jacuzzis.

As well as coming with two acres of land on the property's estate, the house boasts beautiful French inspired architecture, an elevator, two walk-in closets and a four car garage.

Beyonce, who was raised in Houston, is said to be buying her mother the house after the property dropped down from an original asking price of $20 million three years ago.

This week saw the 'Countdown' star turn out with husband Jay-Z to watch Barack Obama be sworn in for a second term as US President.

Beyonce is now preparing to announce details of her fifth studio album, while recent rumours have linked her to a performance at next month's BRIT Awards 2013 (20th February).
