Fans this week have been reacting with a mixture of approval and confusion in the wake of Beyonce, Jay-Z and Solange Knowles releasing a statement about last week's elevator incident.

The Internet has been constantly discussing the incident ever since footage first emerged on Monday (12th May) of Solange seeming to attack Jay-Z in a New York City hotel lift.

The trio then released a statement last night (15th May) insisting they have apologised to one another and are keen to "move forward" from the incident, however fans across Twitter don't seem to be ready to let this one go.

I don't think Beyoncé, Jay or Solange owe a explanation at all . It's no ones business . Families have arguments and fights all the time .
