Beyonce's Backstage Baby Diet

Beyonce had a last minute change to her rider requests, before announcing her baby news at the VMAs.

Beyonce revealed she and Jay-Z are expecting their first child at this weekend's MTV Video Music Awards in LA, which meant big changes to Bey's usual backstage requests.

"Beyonce's backstage rider was changed at the very last possible moment," a source told The Sun.

"Originally it contained KFC, junk food, chocolate.

"Then all of a sudden she wanted only healthy options - fruit juices, vegetables, water, strictly no alcohol.

"There was a mad panic to get her what she wanted in time."

After telling press before the event she had a "surprise" in store, the 'Best Thing I Never Had' singer said on stage "I want you to feel the love that's growing inside me".
