Beyonce Signs Up For Alicia Keys Charity Black Ball Event

The 'Crazy In Love' singer will appear alongside the likes of Oprah Winfrey and Carole King for the show.
Beyonce and Carole King will perform at Alicia Keys' upcoming annual Black Ball charity event later this year, it has been announced.
The 'Love On Top' star will appear in front of guests at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom on 1st November.
The evening will honour Oprah Winfrey and Beninese singer Angélique Kidjo for their philanthropic efforts.
Kidjo and Alicia will also be performing on the night as well as rock outfit Alabam Shakes.
The evening's emcee will be actress Whoopi Goldberg with the event benefiting the Keep a Child Alive charity – which looks to assist those affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and has been up and running since 2003.
Meanwhile, Beyonce recently played host to a fundraiser event for US President Barack Obama alongside her husband Jay-Z.
The couple managed to raise $4 million for the American leader's re-election campaign and Bey has even helped design some baby onesies in support of Obama.
