Lady Gaga got a tattoo while "drunk" and there was a hilarious mistake

Lady Gaga just got a new rose back tattoo and a music note tattoo but made a huge error with one of them...
Lady Gaga is having a bit of a moment right now. Ever since she stormed into the industry with her debut single 'Just Dance' in 2008, she's always been a chart force but now she's receiving critically acclaim and blockbuster success for her acting as well. First things first, she won a Golden Globe for American Horror Story and now she is taking over awards season with A Star Is Born.
However, it isn't just her immense and varied talent that Gaga's known for. Alongside all of her achievements and accolades, she also lays claim to one of the most extensive tattoo collections in pop. From a Born This Way unicorn on her thigh to her ARTPOP tattoo on her left arm, Gaga is a tattoo queen. And now she's just had two more added to her collection but one of them contains a huge mistake.
What tattoo faux-pas did Lady Gaga commit?
Lady Gaga took to Instagram and Twitter last night to reveal that she'd got not one but two new tattoos. The first one? A tattoo of a rose with the words 'La Vie en Rose' all the way down her back. It's a reference to her Edith Piaf cover in A Star Is Born. Then she got a tattoo of 'Gaga' in notes on her arm but she managed to get the staff wrong (the lines that the notes sit on).
Fans were quick to notice and someone commented underneath: "A staff has five lines Gaga what...". Taking it in her stride, Gaga then replied back to them: "what a drunk musical crisis. I studied musical theory... that's what happens when u drink and tattoo". Iconic. Gaga isn't the only singer to make a tattoo faux pas recently. Ariana also caught flack for her '7 rings' error.
Gaga then got the tattoo corrected and wrote: "Musical crisis averted. Too many tequilas forgot the fifth staff line poor thing. Here’s the real deal" alongside a photo of the edited tattoo. She also shared a video of it writing: "As a music theory student I’m appalled, as someone having fun with their friends I’m relieved."
