Whilst filming for a new movie "Big Time Adolescence" in New York, TMZ reports Pete Davidson was pulled over by the cops and a friend of his arrested on a drug related offence.

Ariana Grande's fiancé Pete Davidson has been caught up in drugs arrest whilst driving around Syracuse, New York to film a new movie, Big Time Adolescence, according to reports from TMZ.

The SNL comedian was pulled over by the police whilst driving with a friend and forced to take a sobriety test, which he is said to have passed- however, his companion failed it and was subsequently arrested for 'possession of a controlled substance' although it hasn't been revealed what drug it was, as well as 'unlawful possession of cannabis'.

Pete has been open about his previous dependency on cannabis, admitting he was a 'full blown pot head' but has since stopped using the drug after suffering from serious psychological problems that landed him in rehab (although was later diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder).

Neither Pete or Ariana have yet commented on the incident.
