Now, Ariana has revealed what her natural curly hair looks like after letting it grow for over a year and it looks stunning.
Last night (Mar 30), Ariana took to Twitter and Instagram to post a selfie of her natural locks in all their glory. She wrote: "get a load a dis", alongside a photo of her sporting luscious, shoulder-length brunette curls. Naturally, her followers started losing it. The photo currently has over 5,000,000 likes on Instagram and 438,000 likes on Twitter. Fans adore her hair.
It's not just fans though. Ariana's mum, number one fan and unmatched hype woman, Joan Grande, also joined in with all the support and praise online. Joan tweeted: "your natural hair/curls is a world of its own... a magnificent beauty you are inside and out/ made up or natural ... I love you..." We all need a Joan Grande in our lives.

Fans of Ariana will be well aware that she has a complicated relationship with her hair. The 26-year-old may be known for her signature ponytail now but in 2014, she had to release a statement on social media after she received so much flack for it.
She explained that dying her hair red for Victorious and Sam & Cat "completely destroyed" her hair and her extensions and ponytail helped her feel "comfortable." She also said that her hairs was "so broken" that it looked "absurd" down.
We're so happy to see Ariana's hair has grown back and she feels comfortable in it. Ponytail or no ponytail, she's beautiful.
