Ariana Grande appears to endorse Bernie Sanders for president

Ariana Grande gushed about 2020 presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, calling him 'MY GUY' and thanking him for what he stands for.
The 2020 presidential election is slowly but surely approaching and celebrities have already started to announce who they'll be endorsing in the crucial election. Celebs like Jonathan Van Ness and Ryan Reynolds have supported the Elizabeth Warren campaign. Meanwhile, Bernie Sanders has plenty of A-list allies like Cardi B, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and Mark Ruffalo. Now, Ariana Grande has added her voice to the chorus of famous folks singing the praises of Bernie Sanders.

This week, Ariana Grande appeared to endorse Bernie Sanders after he attended one of her recent shows in Atlanta, Georgia. Ari shared photos of the pair smiling backstage at her gig and captioned the pics with praises for the presidential hopeful.
"MY GUY," wrote the singer. "Thank you Senator Sanders for coming to my show, making my whole night and for all that you stand for !!! @headcountorg and i are doing our best to make you proud. i’m so proud of my fans for paying attention and getting involved. we adore you! also... i will never smile this hard again [sic]."
Ariana teamed up with HeadCount this year to register young voters at all of her shows. Earlier in 2019, CNBC reported that Ariana's Sweetener Tour was "the most successful single artist tour for voter registration HeadCount has seen since 2008".
Sanders returned the love on his own social media, thanking Ariana for being "a wonderful entertainer" and an "outstanding advocate for social justice". A dynamic duo, truly.

Although Ariana stopped just short of an official endorsement of the presidential candidate, the singer did make clear the that she "adores" Senator Sanders.
