The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer's brand new single has gone straight to number one on the chart.
Adele's James Bond theme tune 'Skyfall' has shot straight to number one on the Vodafone Big Top 40 fresh from its official release on Friday (5th October).
The 'Someone Like You' singer's highly anticipated theme, to director Sam Raimi's new Bond film starring Daniel Craig, was unveiled at 0:07am on Friday morning, and went straight in on the top spot earlier today (7th October).
Swedish House Mafia's latest release 'Don't You Worry Child', their last single before taking a hiatus to work on other projects, is the second highest new entry of the week at number two on the chart, while former Big Top 40 number one 'Gangnam Style' by PSY falls to three.
Rihanna's latest single 'Diamonds' has dropped one place to number four while One Direction's former number one 'Live While We're Young rounds out the top five songs of this week.
Other new entries on the Big Top 40 this week include 'Va Va Voom' by Nicki Minaj, which is new at number 29, and Taylor Swift's album title track 'Red' at number 30.
