The Capital Weekender with Kem Cetinay 7pm - 10pm
The 'Someone Like You' star and the 'Pass Out' rapper reveal collaboration plans.
Both acts missed out on the Mercury Prize for their albums '21' and 'Disc-Overy', but the pair are hoping to create an award-winning track together.
Tinie has revealed that him and Adele have been in talks for some time about hooking up for a single so they're trying to find a spot in their diaries to get together.
"It's all been talking like, 'Let's do it', 'Yeah let's do it', and I'm just trying to time that," Tinie told Capital's showbiz reporter Kevin Hughes.
"Let's make a plea, let's make a petition and let's get this track done."
Adele is currently resting her voice after a cold caused her to cancel the first couple of nights of her UK tour, while Tinie has been busy partying in Ibiza and recording for his new album.
But despite plans to release his album later this year, Tinie says his fans will have to wait.
"Sorry guys, I was hoping to do it this year but you know what, we're probably gonna do it for the end of the first part of next year," Tinie told Capital.
"Maybe April, March. It'll be amazing, and hopefully you'll hear (a new single) by January, February."
