The long-running panelist says the UK singer should be back working after the birth of her first child.
The X Factor UK judge Louis Walsh has criticised Adele for taking a month off after the birth of her son and says if her was her manager she would be "back at work already".
The 'Someone Like You' singer welcomed her first child with partner Simon Konecki back in October, and the couple have been laying low at their private residence ever since, something 60 year-old music manager Louis claims is a mistake.
"Someone like you should be back at work already," Louis says in the new issue of Q magazine. "If we had someone like Adele, no way would she not be working now.
"Fine, have a baby. But then get back out there before they forget who you are," the long-running X Factor panelist explained. "She'd be on every TV show and there'd be another album already."
He added: "Work the room - that's my philosophy!"
