The singer took to the stage for the first time in 21 weeks following last year's throat surgery.
Adele made her live return at the 54th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles tonight (12th February) performing an emotional and powerful rendition of 'Rollin In The Deep'.
The star began with an a-cappella version of the track before launching into the full band show which brought the audience in the Staples Center to their feet.
A clearly nervous but remarkably professional Adele gave all those who were eagerly awaiting the performance their money's worth as the crowd held an extended round of applause at the song's climax.
Rihanna, Sir Paul McCartney and Bruno Mars were all cheering for the singer who was forced to undergo throat surgery towards the end of last year.
The star has already won four awards on the night and could be set for a clean sweep if she takes home Album and Record Of The Year.
Capital will be coming live from the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles throughout the night.
