Adele's New Record
The 'Someone Like You' singer has broken yet another record.
Adele's '21' is the joint longest-running No. 1 album in 40 years, spending 18 weeks on top of the chart and selling over three million copies.
The record has only been matched by falsetto fans the Bee Gees, who spent the same number of weeks at No. 1 with their 'Saturday Night Fever' soundtrack.
Meanwhile Adele is on a roll with the good news, having been nominated for the Mercury Prize as well as seven MTV Video Music Awards.
"Flabbergasted about the VMA nominations!!" Adele wrote in her blog.
"Thank you thank you MTV!"
