The 'Set Fire To The Rain' singer is said to have handed her mum the deed to a brand new place to live.
Adele has reportedly splashed out £600,000 to buy her mother a plush new home in London.
The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer, who already owns a number of properties in the UK capital, was raised alone by 44 year-old Penny Adkins and is said to have wanted to give her mum something back.
According to The Mirror, Adele has now signed over the deed to a Notting Hill property to her mum, who is believed to have held down two jobs during Adele's younger days to allow the 'Someone Like You' singer to follow her dream.
The UK singer is currently renting a property out in Beverley Hills in Los Angeles, fresh from winning a Golden Globe gong for Best Original Song at the ceremony last month.
Adele herself became a mother in October last year when she and partner Simon Konecki welcomed their first child, widely rumoured to be named Angelo James.
