Adele, Lady Gaga And One Direction Enter Guinness World Records

The artists have all been named in the 2013 edition of the publication for their achievements this year.
British stars Adele and One Direction have been included in the 2013 edition of the Guinness World Records.
The 'Someone Like You' singer broke seven world records over the past twelve months becoming the first female, first UK artist and fastest to reach a million US digital sales.
She also claimed the biggest selling digital track in the US and UK for 'Rolling In The Deep' with second record '21' also breaking records for biggest selling album.
One Direction enjoyed huge success in the US during 2012 and this helped them become the first British act to see their debut album go straight to number one on the Billboard 200.
Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way' album was also a record breaker after achieving sales of 1.1 million in the US during its first week sales to claim the fastest selling US digital sales crown.
The Stone Roses' reunion tour also gave the newly reformed rockers a record for the fastest selling rock concert in history after 220,000 tickets were sold in 68 minutes.
Meanwhile, One Direction also added three more prizes to their awards tally for 2012 after scooping three gongs at the MTV Video Music Awards 2012 last night (6th September).
