Adele Praises "Absolutely Incredible" Ella Henderson On The X Factor

The 'Someone Like You' hails the talent show star after her Minnie Riperton cover on The X Factor.

Adele has backed Ella Henderson to win The X Factor, saying she is an "absolutely incredible" singer.

The talent show hopeful wowed the judges with her performance of Minnie Riperton's classic 'Lovin' You' during last night's programme (13th October), and has already drawn comparisons to the pregnant 'Rolling In The Deep' star.

Taking to Twitter after her performance, Adele wrote: "Ella Henderson on X Factor is absolutely incredible! I LOVE her!! Good luck xx."

All of the judges were unanimous in their praise of Ella, with Gary Barlow hailing her ability to hit the difficult "F-sharp descending" note in the classic song.

Nicole Scherzinger said: "The difference between you and so many other artists is you are timeless and classic. You're a timeless goddess tonight."

Adele recently went to number one on the Vodafone Big Top 40 with her James Bond theme song 'Skyfall'.

The star is currently pregnant with her first child with fiancé Simon Konecki.

The X Factor will continue tonight (14th October) on ITV.
