The 'Set Fire To The Rain' singer also says she was "thrilled" to win her first Golden Globe.
Adele says she hasn't revealed the name of her baby because it is "very personal" and she just wants to enjoy being a new mum for the time being.
The 'Someone Like You' singer confirms she won't be announcing the name of her and partner Simon Konecki's son to the press for the moment, fresh from picking up a Golden Globe for Best Original Song over the weekend.
"I am not sharing his name at the moment," Adele revealed to Parade after the awards show. "It is very personal to me and I just want to enjoy him at the moment."
The 'Someone Like You' singer attended the prestigious ceremony in person last Sunday (13th January) where she won the award for her James Bond theme 'Skyfall', calling the honour "quite a thrill" after getting to give an acceptance speech in front of Hollywood's elite.
"It's absolutely amazing and quite a thrill and quite hilarious because it is not my field," Adele explained. "Although it is mind-boggling to win Grammys, but many amazing actors have these awards so it's very weird.
"But incredible, I feel a little bit kind of overexcited," Adele admitted.
"It's my first night out since I had my child," the 24 year-old singer added. "My inspiration normally comes from heartbreak, but I don't think I am going to have to get devastated again, so that's good."
