RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Xscape’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Saturday 26th September 2015 and Sunday 27th September 2015 on Capital Yorkshire (The "Radio Station").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to Xscape on Saturday 26th September 2015 or Sunday 27th September 2015 and find the Capital Street Stars.  Entry will open at 12:00 and close at 18:00 on both Saturday 26th September 2015 and Sunday 27th September 2015.

4.    Entrants will need to answer a simple A,B,C question and register their details via the ipads with the Capital Street Stars to enter.

5.    Five winners will be determined randomly from all correct entries via random.org.com and the winners will be notified by phone or e-mail within 7 days.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be 16 or over.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8.    Five winners will each receive a Snozone package for four people at Xscape worth £99 which includes 2 hours of private ski tuition for four.

9.    Winner details will be passed onto Xscape who will contact them direct to discuss prize fulfilment.

10.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
