All this week on Capital (staring Monday 4th March) we are giving you the chance to see the 'Grenade' singer take to the stage to showcase some of his biggest hits.
Bruno headlined our Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball Saturday show last December just days before launch of his second studio album 'Unorthodox Jukebox'.
Last month the singer was joined on stage by Rihanna and Sting on stage at the Grammy Awards 2013, he joins Max on Capital this Sunday from 7pm where he reveals which girl band he would love to go on tour with!
Simply keep it Capital and listen out for when we play two Bruno Mars tracks back to back and then text BRUNO to 83958 whilst the second track is playing for your chance to win! The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the ‘Bruno Mars’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 4th March 2013 to Sunday 10th March 2013 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Stations" are: The Capital Network (Capital Scotland, Capital North East, Capital Yorkshire, Capital Manchester, Capital East Midlands, Capital South Wales, Capital Birmingham, Capital South Coast and Capital London).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Entrants will be asked to identify and text in, when they hear two Bruno Mars tracks back to back in the on air show as directed on air.
Send a text message with the keyword ‘BRUNO’ to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”).
Text messages will be charged at 50p plus standard network rates.
If listeners text after the closing time they will not be entered but may still be charged. Entrants must text the keyword during the duration of the second track. Global Radio is not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network which may delay the delivery of your text message to us.
1.2 Once the text lines have closed a winner will be selected at random and called back. A call will be recorded with the winner and played out on air.
1.3 Winners will be selected at random. All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.
Competition rounds will take place between the hours 6am-4pm on Capital London and 10am-4pm on the Network then midday-8pm on Saturday & midday 4pm on Sunday across the Capital Network.
1.5 You can enter each round of the competition a maximum of 5 times. We strongly advise against excessive use.
Eligibility
2.1.1 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
Prize
3.1 In each competition round, the prize will consist of a pair of tickets to the Bruno Mars Moonshine Jungle World Tour in 2013.
3.2 It is the winner’s responsibility to get to the venue in time for the event.
3.3 Tickets are non-transferable
3.4 Each prize of 2 tickets must be won by a separate entrant
Prize Terms and Conditions:
In each competition round there will be a pair of tickets to the Bruno Mars: The Moonshine Jungle World Tour in 2013 in the UK.
Tickets will either be for London, Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, and will be stated on air which location the tickets the entrant is winning for.
Winners will be notified at least 7 days prior to the concert of the concert date.
No travel or accommodation included in the prize.
