The Admiral Newport Food Festival will yet again be bringing you the best local chefs, home grown produce and entertainment right in the heart of Newport city centre on Saturday 3 October.
The festivals hub will be the iconic Newport Market. Visitors will be able to browse the exhibitor stalls along High Street where there will be a mouth-watering selection of local produce! If this doesn’t make you hungry nothing will….try pulled pork rolls, fresh waffles, welsh cakes, jams, olives, fresh bread and cold pressed juices! Plus lots more!
You can then watch our top local chefs in action in three chef demonstration locations. All of the chef demonstrations are free, come along, pick up some tips and enjoy tasters of the chef’s final dish!
This year more than ever, the festival has a real ‘Newport’ flavour. Local independent traders The Ridgeway Bar and Kitchen, Mojo The FoodBar, Parc Pantry and The Green in Caerleon will all be getting stuck in to help give the event a real Newport feel, and show off what a great foodie scene the city has on offer.
There will also be street entertainment, music and children’s activities on throughout the day, the Admiral Newport Food Festival 2015 will be a great day of family foodie fun and is not to be missed!
