Terms & Conditions: Win a flight to a destination of your choice from Cardiff Airport!

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to Cardiff Airport radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from the 15th – 19th June 2015. The "Radio Station" is Capital FM South Wales.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Listen to the Capital Breakfast Show each day and once announced on air, call the studio on 02920 949494. Calls will be charged at standard network rate.

One entrant will be picked at random from the pool of entrants to win. All winners will be contacted after the show to discuss their prize.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 year or over

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Must live in the CF or NP postal area.

Prize:

Flybe terms and conditions for inclusion in promoter’s own terms and conditions:

Prize(s): One pair of return tickets from Cardiff Airport to one Flybe destination of the winners choice, including and limited to one of the following destinations: Belfast, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Dublin, Dusseldorf, Edinburgh, Faro, Glasgow, Jersey, Munich, Milan or Cork.

Flight must be operated by Flybe on a Flybe scheduled service, valid for travel from 01.06.15 to 24.10.15, subject to availability. Not all routes operate for the entire travel period.
Restrictions and other specific terms:

The Winner is responsible for their own passport and visa requirements and the passport and visa requirements of any person who travels with them.

In-flight meals, travel insurance, accommodation and transfers are not included in the prize.

Flights can only be taken on Flybe scheduled services; this excludes any franchise partner and codeshare services.

Both flights which comprise the prize must be taken simultaneously and cannot be used on separate dates.

At least 14 days’ notice must be given when booking.

Flight tickets are strictly subject to availability.

Flybe is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, destroyed or defaced flight tickets.

Events may occur that render the prize draw itself, or the awarding of the prize impossible, due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly, the promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary, or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
