RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ apply to ‘Tony Macaroni – Pole Position ’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 29th Oct – 5th Nov (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to Capital fm Scotland, from Nov 29th 2015
Opening and closing times will be given out on air.
Listeners must call the studio when prompted to enter on 08452777106 and 1 caller will be selected at random to come to air for a place on a presenters team
Once each of the 4 presenters have selected a listener compete on behalf of, they will then compete in their challenge.
The listener who is paired with the winning presenter will win the prize.

Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and Italy).
Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes, surcharges and one piece of checked baggage per couple.
Driver must be over the age of 25 and have held a full clean driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver, theft protection, local taxes and airport fees. Driver must also hold a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of £500 available for security deposit, which is refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.
Hotel is classed as a 4Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Also includes Tourism Tax for the duration of the winner’s stay, payable locally to the hotel upon check-out.
Factory and Track Tour: The museum visit and tour must take place on the same day.The museum may be visited at any time during normal opening hours,but there are just two bus tours per day, departing 12.30 and 13.30, from outside the museum. The schedule may, however be subject to last-minute changes or cancellations depending on Fioranoor Factory commitments.
Combination Museum tickets includes entrance to both Ferrari museums in Modena and Marenello. Museum tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking. Museums opening times are from 1st October to 30Apri l2014 daily from 9:30am to 6pm. From1st May to 30th September 2014 daily from 9:30am to 7pm. Museums will be closed on 25th December and 1st January 2014.
F1 Stimulator Driving Experience duration consists of 1 lap of 7minute at Marenello Ferrari museum.
Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
