Terms: Friday Flyer on Capital FM Scotland

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ apply to ‘Friday Flyer’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Friday 3rd February 2017 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is 105 -106 Capital FM.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the studio on 03452 777 106 the opening and closing times of competition will be given out on air.

A caller will be selected at random and brought to air to answer general knowledge travel questions

If they answer all questions correctly they will be awarded the prize.

21’s and over only

Prize:

The prize is a certificate for two return flight economy class airline tickets on United Airlines for travel between Edinburgh and either New York/Newark or Chicago

Entrants must be legal residents of the UK who are 21 years old or over. The prize is a certificate for two return flight economy class airline tickets on United Airlines for travel between Edinburgh and either New York/Newark or Chicago, including taxes. Flight tickets are valid for travel from Monday 1st February 2017 and are valid for 12 months. ‘*subject to seasonal service

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

United Airlines shall have no liability for notifications not received by any potential prize winner. Any person entering the competition or accepting or using any prize agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless United Airlines and each of their respective affiliates employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in the competition or the acceptance or use or misuse of any prize. Winner and plus one must have own valid passport and travel insurance.

Any person entering the competition or accepting or using any prize grants United a perpetual right to use his/her name, other biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for commercial or publicity purposes, at any time without notice or compensation except where prohibited by law. Employees of United Airlines and its affiliates are not eligible to enter.

Any person entering the draw or accepting or using any prize agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless United Airlines and Capital FM and each of their respective affiliates employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in the draw or the acceptance or use or misuse of any prize.

All prize claims are subject to verification by the Sponsor. By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Please note: that all prizes are subject to availability, so anticipated travel dates will need to be flexible as the requested seats may not always be available at the time of booking. Please avoid travel over school breaks and bank holiday weekends. To assist in this process, it is suggested that you plan your journey well in advance to avoid any disappointment.

These tickets may be used from 1st February 2017 and all travel must be completed by 30th January 2018 (Extensions to these travel dates will not be permitted).

Prize tickets have no monetary value and are non-transferable. Stopovers at gateway cities are not permitted.
