RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Kung Fu Panda 3 OB’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 4th March to Thursday 10th March 2016 on Capital London (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must open the Instagram app or open the twitter app and follow @capitallondon on Instagram or Twitter, if not already following, and upload their best Kung Fu Face photo alongside hashtag #KungFuFace. Entry will open at 6am on Friday 4th March and close at Noon on Thursday 10th March 2016.
From all entries, one entrant will be randomly selected for each competition giveaway and contacted by the Capital Team (initially via Private Message via social media).The entries will be rolling across the week, and there will be 5 draws between Friday 4th March and Thursday 10th March 2016.

Draw 4 – Wednesday 9th March 2016
Draw 5 – Thursday 10th March 2016
The first eligible entrant to respond to the Private Message from Capital will be given the opportunity to come to air to claim their prize.
In the event that Capital do not receive a response from eligible randomly selected entrants within a 30-minute window, Capital will randomly select another entrant.
The first eligible entrant to respond to the Private Message from Capital will be expected to provide Capital Production with their telephone number for further contact and to be available between the hours of 7am – 10am on the next Capital London weekday Breakfast Show as they will be awarded their prize on air.
A selection of the best uploads each day will be added to the Capital London Breakfast Blog.
By uploading an image to the site Twitter & Instagram with the #KungFuFace you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such Image and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free license in the copyright and all other rights in and to the Image (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the video in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Entry is restricted to one upload per entrant.
Prize:
5 x Hong Kong trips for two people. (1 giveaway per day, Monday 7th-Friday 11th March). Including direct flights with British Airways, 5 nights at the 4-star Cosmopolitan Hotel with daily breakfast, transfers and £1,000 spending money.
Prize Terms and Conditions:
Preferred dates for this prize will depend on availability at time of booking.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
