Terms & Conditions for What Happens in Vegas Competition on Capital East Midlands December 2015

RULES
1.     The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ )apply to ‘Dino and Pete What Happens  in Vegas  Giveaway’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 14th Dec  – 18th Dec 2015 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital FM East Midlands.

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3.1  To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to Capital FM East Midlands each weekday between 7am and 9am. On day one, two callers will be picked at random and taken to air. Caller one will decide if they want to play to answer the question or pass and let caller two answer the question. Dino and Pete will give the caller who plays a fact about Vegas. They must decide if it’s true or false.  If the caller playing gets it wrong then the other caller wins and stays on to play the following day against a randomly selected caller.  The caller who stays on gets to decide if they play or pass.  The caller who gets the answer right on Friday wins the trip to Vegas. All callers who play and get an answer right on air win a meal at Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse at Alea Casino, Nottingham

3.2  Send a text message with the keyword VEGAS and their name to 83958.  Texts will be charged at network provider’s standard message rate.

Mechanic
4.1   Once the text lines have closed, two entrants will be selected at random from all entries and called back on the mobile number from which they entered. A call will be recorded with both entrants. 

4.2  The entrant who was drawn by our system first will get to decide whether to ‘play or pass’ and play the game or allow the other caller to do so.

4.4 The caller who loses from each round will get a £50 gift card to use at MPW Nottingham.

4.5   All entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.

4.6 Any entrant that texts in to enter the competition will receive a voucher via text for 20% off a meal at Marco Pierre White Nottingham. T&C's apply - Valid on Sundays – Fridays from 1st January – 31st January 2015. Non-transferable. Valid when dining off the a la carte menu only. Booking is advised. Management decision is final. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize.  

Eligibility:
5.1 Entrants must be aged 21 years or over.

5.2 You can enter each individual Competition Round once and duplicate entries will be not be counted.

5.3 Competition Round winners are excluded from entering other Competition Rounds. For the avoidance of doubt, a Competition Round

winner may only win one Competition Round and will be disqualified from winning any subsequent Competition Rounds.

5.4 Entrants must have a valid passport and not be excluded from travel to the US.

5.5 Entrants must be able to travel on Friday 5th February 2016 and return on Wednesday 10th February 2016

Prize:
6.1 In each Competition Round, the loser will receive a £50 gift card to be used in the Marco Pierre White restaurant at Alea Casino in Nottingham.

6.2 Over 21s only. Winners of the competition must book their table in advance.

6.2 The Main Prize consists of:
    •    5 night stay in Planet Hollywood (Reference SMN6P) between 5th – 10th Feb.
    •    2 x tickets to Jennifer Lopez's show “All I have”
    •    $500 Total Rewards credit to be spent on Food/Drink in any Caesars property.

PRIZE INCLUDES:
    •    Return Flights for 2 people to Las Vegas
    •    Return private transfers from the airport to the hotel
    •    Travel Insurance
    •    ESTA’s for 2 people
 
6.3   Winner and friend must be available to travel on Friday 5th February 2016 and return on Wednesday 10th February 2016 Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges. Both people must be over the age of 21 years.

6.4   Hotel is based on two people sharing a twin or double room with ensuite facilities on a room only basis.

6.5  For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to 
travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa 
requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.

6.6  Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.

6.7  The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.

6.8  Global Radio reserves the right to change the prize or any part of it at any time.
