RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Inferno Pizza promotion’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Tuesday 26th January 2016 on Capital East Midlands (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must find the Street Stars in Nottingham City Centre on Tuesday 26th January 2016 between 11:00 and 15:00 and register their details. 

4.    A winner will be selected at random from all entries and contacted to be told they have won.  

Eligibility:

5.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

6.    Inferno and affiliate company employees and their immediate family are not eligible to enter this competition.

Prize:

7.    The prize entitles one winner and their accompanying guest to an 11” pizza and 1 free refill soda drink each, once per week throughout 2016 at Inferno Pizza Nottingham.

8.    Winner will need to present their Capital FM prize card at the till to redeem their prize each time they visit.

9.    The prize will run up to and include 31st December 2016.

10.  Any pizzas unclaimed in any calendar week will be forfeited.

11.  Prize excludes all alcoholic beverages, bottled and carton drinks, sides, desserts and other products.

12.  Prize is valid from the date the prize winner receives their Capital FM prize card until the 31st December 2016 (inclusive)

13.  Prize is valid in Inferno Nottingham only, 37 Milton Street, Nottingham, NG1 3EN

14.  May not be combined with other offers, discount cards or meal deals.

15.    No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

16.    Winners may be required to participate in reasonable related publicity without further payment or permission.

17.   Inferno reserve the right to refuse to accept a prize card which is deemed to have been tampered with, defaced, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise are suspected to be affected by fraud or which have been lost or stolen following delivery.

19.  Global Radio reserve the right to change the prize or any part of the prize to a value we deem appropriate for any reason in our sole discretion including without limitation due to circumstances beyond our control or if any part of the prize becomes unavailable.
