The 'Great Times' star tells Capital FM that it was a "pretty full day" as they also checked out Justin Timberlake.
Will.i.am has revealed that he and Justin Bieber recorded their new song '#ThatPower' while watching the BRIT Awards 2013 together.
The 'Scream And Shout' star premiered the new single on Capital FM earlier today (15th March) and remembers the long day of activities which went with the studio session.
"We recorded that during the BRITs [and] recording that at Metropolis," he said.
"So actually we went shopping first and we were like 'hey, lets just have a chilled day' and we went shopping for shoes, then after that we went to the studio, watched the BRITs, recorded that and then trucked off to see Justin Timberlake perform.
He confessed: "So that was a pretty full day."
The Black Eyed Peas man was among the celebrity guests at the former N*Sync man's special solo show after the BRITs at the Forum in Kentish Town.
The track follows on from previous Vodafone Big Top 40 number one's 'Scream And Shout' as well as 'This Is Love'.
The track will feature on the star's forthcoming new studio album '#willpower' – which is expected to be released next month.
