The 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody' star's funeral is expected to take place later this week.
Whitney Houston's body has been flown home to her home state of New Jersey.
A gold hearse transported her body from Teterboro airport to Newark ahead of the late singer's funeral, which is expected to take place later this week.
On Monday (13th February), police confirmed reports Whitney had been found underwater and unconscious in her bath tub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles on Saturday (11th February).
Investigators are currently awaiting the results of toxicology results after an autopsy failed to determine a cause of death.
"Ms Houston was pulled from the tub by members of her staff and hotel security was promptly notified," a police spokesperson said.
"First aid and CPR measures were performed in an attempt to revive her."
The singer's death at the age of 48 came just hours before the Grammy Awards.
