The 'Young' singer's ex had previously claimed he hadn't leaked the tape online.
The former boyfriend of Tulisa Contostavlos has admitted publishing a sex tape of the couple on the internet.
During a hearing at the High Court today (9th July), a judge heard that rapper Justin Edwards also apologised over the incident.
Tulisa was forced to issue a video statement in March when the video emerged online.
In a statement read out in court, Tulisa's barrister Jacob Dean said: "Mr Edwards has admitted responsibility for publication of the video, apologised for it, and promised not to do it again."
At a previous hearing, Justin Edwards - also known as MC Ultra - had denied leaking the tape and called the act "ungentlemanly".
According to the Independent, Tulisa's solicitor Jonathan Coad will read a statement out in court on Thursday detailing her settlement claims.
Meanwhile, Tulisa was caught up in another feud with N-Dubz bandmate Dappy last week - just days after she told Capital FM that they were on course to reunite in 2013.
