'Young' singer reveals that she spoke to both Harry and Caroline after they split earlier this year.
Tulisa Contostavlos has said there was "nothing creepy" about One Direction's Harry Styles' relationship with The Xtra Factor host Caroline Flack.
The pair briefly dated before calling time on their relationship in January this year by mutual decision.
In an interview with We Love Pop, Tulisa admitted she spoke to Caroline regularly after her relationship with the 'Live While We're Young' singer ended.
"I did sit down and have a few chats with her on BBM," she said.
"That situation wound me up quite a bit actually. People are so judgmental. She is one of the loveliest people I know, she has such a good heart and if people knew what she was like as a person they’d know it was nothing like how some people have made out – y’know, all cougar-ish and creepy. It's not that at all."
Tulisa, who is a judge on The X Factor, said she had also spoke to Harry and said the One Direction star was "very mature" and "charming".
"Of course I know Harry! I've had them both in my house at the same time and I've spent time apart with them as well," she said.
"Harry is a very mature, charming young man, and he has enough intelligence to maintain a relationship with a slightly older woman.
"Caroline is a very sensitive, fun, young-at-heart person. The combination of the two made complete sense to me. If you know them, there was nothing creepy about it."
One Direction's Harry has been linked to several women since his split with Caroline, including reality star Caggie Dunlop.
