Tulisa Contostavlos Celebrates Her Birthday With Ibiza Holiday After High Court Visit

The X Factor UK judge is heading to the party island fresh from debuting her new blonde look.

Tulisa Contostavlos is flying out to Ibiza this afternoon ready to celebrate her birthday tomorrow with friends on the Spanish island, famed for its nightlife and dance music scene.

The 'Young' singer turns 24 tomorrow (13th July) and shared a picture of herself boarding a flight to Ibiza earlier today, after settling legal action against her ex-boyfriend Justin Edwards at the High Court this morning.

"JUSTICE IS SERVED! Moving on… ibiza here we come! #2012 #BIRTHDAYGIRL #IBIZADUKUFOOTSOLDIERS," Tulisa tweeted today before posting a picture of herself preparing to fly out of the UK. "It's my birthday and ill fly if I want too!!… Up high if I want to! #ibiza."

Earlier today Tulisa made a statement to the press after settling her lawsuit over a leaked sex tape of her with Justin Edwards, after he admitted full responsibility for putting the clip online earlier this year.

The news comes just one week after Tulisa and Dappy had a public fallout on Twitter over his controversial new track 'Tarzan (Part 2)', just several days after she hinted that an N-Dubz reunion could be on the cards for 2013.

Tulisa Contostavlos has been filming this year's batch of live auditions for The X Factor UK over the past few months, alongside returning judges Gary Barlow Louis Walsh and new panel addition Nicole Scherzinger.
