The 'Lightning' boy band admit says they would definitely perform at next year's Olympics in London if asked.
The Wanted have admitted they would love to perform at the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony.
The five-piece boy band joked that they were all training up to compete in next year's major sports event, but said it would be "wicked" if they were asked to appear in an official capacity.
When asked about their plans for the next twelve months Jay told Capital FM he had a secret desire to join the Olympic gymnastics team.
"I'm joining the synchronised swimming team," Nathan also claimed.
However, when asked if they would be interested in performing at London 2012, the 'Warzone' singers turned serious and said it was definitely something they would like to do.
"Yeah! That would be cool?" Jay said, while Siva added: "Can you arrange that?"
"It would be wicked," fellow band member Tom agreed.
The Wanted were speaking to Capital at the Jingle Bell Ball last weekend (3rd December) where they performed alongside acts including Pixie Lott, Jason Derulo and Rihanna.
Earlier today the 'Battleground' boy band also tweeted a photograph of themselves holding the Olympic torch.
