The Wanted Describe "Unreal" MTV Spring Break 2012 Show Following Mass Stage Invasion

The 'Warzone' singer's explosive set caused the stage to be closed for 25 minutes after fans rushed to join the British stars.
The Wanted's performance at MTV's Spring Break 2012 concert caused the stage to be shut down for 25 minutes after fans stormed the stage.
The 'Lightning' stars described the event as "the most unreal experience" of their lives after girls rushed to be close to the British stars during their last track.
The band took to their Twitter account to offer their thoughts on the scenes saying it will be something they will "never forget".
They tweeted: "Hands down one of the most unreal experiences in our lives. #MTVSpringBreak2012 we will never forget it."

The group also uploaded a photo of the scene which trigured the stage shut down describing it simply as "incredible" and "madness."

It was the second time in a matter of days where the band had caused a stage invasion after their performance on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno also featured similar scenes and the band told their fans that they were told they were the first act in the history of the hugely popular chat show to have done so.
"Got word that we're the first group ever to have fans rush the stage in @JayLenoTonight history," they tweeted.
