The Wanted "Emotional" After 'Glad You Came' US Success

The 'Warzone' singers are currently number one in Canada and in the top five in America on the iTunes chart.
The Wanted have thanked their US fan base after their first stateside single reached number five on the iTunes US chart.
The 'Lightning' singers launched 'Glad You Came' as their first US single earlier this month, following their first American tour, and are current at five on iTunes US and in first place on iTunes Canada.
"WORD ON THE STREET IS WE HAVE THE #1 SONG ON ITUNES IN CANADA!!!!! AMAZING!! WE LOVE OUR #TWFANMILY," The Wanted tweeted last night (22nd February). "We have nobody else to thank but our #TWFANMILY for this.
"Nothing else comes close," they continued. "We're so overwhelmed with all the love we'veb een getting for #GLADYOUCAME. This is all insane!"
"Unbelievable stuff!! I won't lie.. I feel quite emotional," The Wanted's Tom Parker posted yesterday.
"We have only gone and made it to #5 on the U.S iTunes!!!! Our fans are amazing," band member Siva Kaneswaran added.
The Wanted were featured on the hit US musical series Glee earlier this week (21st February) in the episode 'On My Way' when several members of the FOX show's cast covered 'Glad You Came'.
The Wanted are due to continue their UK tour 'The Code' tonight (23rd February) with a performance at the Cardiff Motorpoint Arena.
