The 'Warzone' five-piece have been working with the writer behind 'Glad You Came'.
The Wanted have recently recorded a "corker" for their new album after a writing session with singer-songwriter Ed Drewett.
The UK singer revealed he was back in the studio with the 'I Found You' stars recently, after previously working with them on songs like 'All Time Low' and 'Glad You Came'.
Ed says he met up with some of the band members to continue work on their third studio album, expected to be announced in the coming months.
"I was in a writing session with Tom [Parker] and Max [George] a few weeks ago," Ed revealed to Digital Spy this past week.
"We wrote an absolute corker, which still needs to be finished," the 'Drunk Dial' singer explained. "We'll see what the record label thinks of it."
The UK star also revealed he is hopeful The Wanted's new US release, their debut UK single 'All Time Low' will be as big a success stateside as 'Glad You came'.
"I think despite the current charts in the States, with the dance wave taking over, they can still hear a good, real son," he added. "That's what 'All Time Low' is, so if it's given the right chance I think it'll be a smash."
