The singer says she is not a fan of her stomach and prefers to keep it hidden when performing on stage.
The Saturdays' Mollie King has admitted she feels "very self-conscious" about wearing a bikini.
The 'All Fired Up' star said she is insecure about her body and is scared to show her stomach.
''I'm very self-conscious in a bikini and I would never get my tummy out onstage," she said.
Asked which part of each of The Saturdays' bodies she would choose to make the perfect body, Mollie said: "I would take Una [Healy]'s eyes, Rochelle [Wiseman]'s boobs, Frankie [Sandford]'s tummy and Vanessa [White]'s bum. Then my legs - if we have to!"
Meanwhile, in an interview with Women's Health magazine, Mollie revealed that she had never been drunk or experienced a hangover.
The Saturdays' Mollie reveals her fitness tips in the latest edition of the magazine:
The singer, who recently split from model boyfriend David Gandy, said she was still single, but any potential boyfriend would need to be a fitness fan.
"On my days off, I like to be outdoors - on my bike or walking the dog or swimming - so it's important anyone I date is also into fitness," she said.
"I eat pretty healthily most of the time but I love takeaways, because I can't cook, and often eat until I feel sick."
The Saturdays recently celebrated the wedding of Rochelle Wiseman and JLS' Marvin Humes, where Mollie and the rest of her bandmates served as bridesmaids for Rochelle.
