The 'All Fired Up' singers were glad to share their experience with the new girl group.
The Saturdays have admitted that X Factor winners Little Mix asked them for advice when the two girl groups met.
The 'Up' singers revealed that it was nice to be looked up to as they did the same thing with Girls Aloud when they were first starting out together.
Speaking to Capital FM about Little Mix, singer Frankie Sandford said: "They asked us for some advice and it was really nice being in [that] position."
"When we met Girls Aloud we were like Little Mix and we were like 'have you got any advice'. It's actually really nice to be able to look up to someone and it's nice for us to be able to be like 'oh, we were like that before'," she added.
Frankie and the girls recently finished their UK and Ireland arena tour and at their Wembley Arena show, singer Una Healy announced her engagement to England rugby star Ben Foden.
