The 'Love Story' singer will debut the song on several US stations including MTV and TeenNick on Thursday 30th August.
The hugely anticipated promo features one continuous shot taken on a camera with no edits and was filmed by director Declan Whitebloom.
The song is the first to be lifted from the singer's new album 'Red' which will be released on 22nd October .
The album also features a collaboration with British star Ed Sheeran – after the pair teamed up earlier this year.
The artists exchanged some Twitter love recently after Ed called the country star the "bawse".
"MISS YOU BUDDY!!!," she tweeted back to the BRIT Award winning artist.
