Shawn Mendes is the star of a new documentary and we finally have details about it!

Shawn Mendes has finally revealed the details of his documentary with YouTube, including the release date, where you can watch it, an amazing teaser trailer and more!

Casey Neistat, the YouTube star who's making the documentary with Shawn, has also revealed some details about the project and it's fair to say we're pretty hyped.

Whilst he had been relatively quiet about details surrounding the documentary, Shawn Mendes has now taken to Twitter to share an exciting teaser trailer showing fans what they can expect from the full thing.

Taking to Twitter, Shawn wrote, 'Did this short film with @CaseyNeistat & @youtubemusic and am so excited for you to see it. It comes out 9/28 and I’ll be hanging with some fans in NYC on Thurs night to watch it before it’s out. Going to fly a few of you in for it too x'

According to producer Casey Neistat, the documentary will be released on YouTube and is set to be released as part of YouTube's Artist Spotlight Story series.
