The 'Feel' singer's latest solo single premiered live this morning with listeners welcoming the return of the Take That man.
Robbie Williams' new song 'Candy' was given its first play on Capital this morning (10th September) with fans immediately taking to Twitter to praise the latest release from the 38 year-old star.
The 'Rock DJ' singer's single is the first to be taken from his upcoming new album 'Take The Crown' and was co-written alongside fellow Take That man Gary Barlow.
User @rozzabsol was pleased to have the singer back and called the track "amazing".
"amazing! The king is back #RobbieonCapital," they tweeted.
There was equal praise from @JuliSophieD who said it wasn't what she was used to but praised the new direction.
"think it's not a typical Robbie song, but I really, really like it!," she said.

Robbie makes his return to his solo music after rejoining Take That for a new album and tour in 2011.
His new single 'Candy' will be released on 29th October with new album 'Take The Crown' following on 5th November.
