Rita Ora Retains Vodafone Big Top 40 Number One For Second Week With 'R.I.P.'

The 'R.I.P.' singer is number one for the second week in a row with her debut single.

Rita Ora is enjoying her second week at number one on the Vodafone Big Top 40 with her debut solo single 'R.I.P.'.

The 21 year-old singer-songwriter jumped straight to the top spot last weekend with her Tinie Tempah collaboration, and help off competition today (13th May) to retain her chart position.

Carly Rae Jepsen's former Big Top 40 number one 'Call Me Maybe' stayed strong this week at number two, while US indie-pop band Fun. are at three with their worldwide smash 'We Are Young'.

The X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos falls to number four this week with her own debut 'Young', while Alex Clare's 'Too Close' rounds out the top five.

Rihanna's latest 'Talk That Talk' release 'Where Have You Been' jumped up 24 places just outside the top five at number six, while The Saturdays returned with their latest single '30 Days' which entered the chart at number eight.

The Vodafone Big Top 40 with Rich and Kat airs every Sunday from 4-7pm.
