Rihanna Splashes Out $12 Million On New Luxury Californian Mansion?

The 'We Found Love' singer's new home will reportedly boast over 33,000 square foot and nine bathrooms.

Rihanna has reportedly spent $12 million on a new luxury home in California.

The 'You Da One' star is said to have spent big on the Pacific Palisades property in Los Angeles, which boasts a total of 33,541 square foot.

The plot, which is "surrounded by a high fence, with mature Oak and Sycamore trees" also reportedly has a seven bedrooms, a 14-foot high ceiling in the dining room and nine bathrooms, according to the Daily Mail.

The house also contains a "cutting edge kitchen" and a sun-deck complete with Jacuzzi.

All electrical elements to the property are controlled by one single remote and her new neighbours will include the likes of NFL star Tom Brady and Heidi Klum.

It has also been reported this week that the singer is to hire out a $21 million Barbados home for a festive getaway with her family.
