'You Da One' star pays tribute to late actress as she's linked to Whitney Houston biopic.

Rihanna paid tribute to Elizabeth Taylor as she stepped out in London over the weekend.

The 'We Found Love' singer was spotted wearing a jumper featuring the late actress as Cleopatra.

Rihanna's jumper concealed the top half of a full-length black dress, while the star finished off the outfit with a pair of her trademark sunglasses.

The singer's latest appearance in London came ahead swirling rumours that Rihanna is in contention to play Whitney Houston in a biopic about the later music star.

The film, which is as yet untitled, is apparently being orchestrated by Whitney's music mentor, Clive Davis.

Dreamgirls actress Jennifer Hudson is also in line for the role.
