Rihanna And Nicki Minaj Lead Tributes Following Death Of Music Manager Chris Lighty

The 'You Da One' star is amongst a host of music stars offering their thoughts and prayers following the tragic news.
Rihanna has led the tributes from the music world to hip-hop manager Chris Lighty following the news of his tragic death yesterday (30th August).
The music mogul in charge of such stars as Mariah Carey, P Diddy and 50 Cent was throughout his career was found dead at his home in the Bronx, New York with a reported self inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
"Rest peacefully Chris Lighty, my prayers go out to family and loved ones! Dear God please have mercy," was the message from Rihanna on her Twitter account after new of the 44 year-old star's death.
Professor Green added: "RIP Chris Lighty. Suicide causes so much pain, but you have to consider what someone goes through to ever be able to do that, so sad."
P Diddy, who mas managed by Chris admitted he was still in shock after hearing of the death.
"R.I.P. Chris Lighty. He Was A Dear Friend Of Mine And I Still Can't Believe It," he tweeted.
Forbes magazine reports that the manager was involved in a fight with his ex-wife shortly before his death.
Nicki Minaj also added a message of condolence on her social networking account.
She wrote: "Another tragic & inconceivable loss for the culture. #RIPChrisLighty"
