PSY Teams Up With MC Hammer For 'Gangnam Style" At American Music Awards 2012 - Video

The 'Gangnam Style' star gave a rousing performance to end the annual awards show in Los Angeles.
PSY and MC Hammer teamed up for a surprise on-stage duet at the American Music Awards 2012 last night to close off a star-studded night of performances.
The South Korean star was introduced on stage by will.i.am in Los Angeles yesterday (18th november) to perform his worldwide hit 'Gangnam Style', and arrived dressed in black baggy Hammer style trousers.
The K-Pop sensation was backed by a host of dancers for his performance, while the audience were all brought to their feet and seen playing along with the song's trademark dance moves.
Halfway through PSY's performance the lights went dark before returning to see iconic eighties rapper MC Hammer join the star for the second half of 'Gangnam Style'.
MC Hammer was backed by his own troupe of dancers dressed in white suits, and performance dance breakdown with PSY to hit his '2 Legit 2 Quit' before both pop stars ended with a final chorus of 'Gangnam Style'.

The American Music Awards 2012 saw the likes of Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Beyonce and Usher all walk away with various awards.
