The 'What Makes You Beautiful' singer has told fans he is fine and they shouldn't worry about his foot injury.
One Direction's Zayn Malik has reassured fans he is fine after being pictured heading back home to England on crutches over the weekend, fresh from the band's awards win at the MTV Video Music Awards 2012 (6th September).
The 'Gotta Be You' singer was seen hobbling on crutches at LAX airport in Los Angeles several days ago, after seemingly injuring his foot somehow after their performance at the VMAs 2012, but took to Twitter to tell fans there is "no need to worry".
"Hey guys, just to let you all know I'm all good, no need to worry aha," Zayn tweeted late on Sunday night (9th September). "Just wanna take a moment to thank you guys for being so amazing.
"I'v said it so many times but ill say it again, you really are the best fans in the world, thank you for being so incredible. Love you all :x," Zayn then added.

It is believed the 'One Thing' singer was hospitalised the day after One Direction's live performance at the Staples Center for the VMAs 2012, although he has yet to reveal how he injured his foot.
One Direction won three awards in total at the event, Best New Artist, Best Pop Video and Most Shareworthy Video, and are set to release their brand new album 'Take Me Home' on 12th November.
