Liam Payne Denies He's Leaving One Direction Calling Bandmates His "Best Mates"

The 'One Thing' singer takes to Twitter to hit out at fresh claims he is set to depart from the band.

Liam Payne has hit out at recent reports he is set to leave One Direction.

The 'What Makes You Beautiful' singer was runoured to be thinking of departing Zayn, Harry, Niall and Louis to spend time with his girlfriend Danielle Peazer.

Taking to Twitter last night (3^rd March), he dispelled the reports and admitted he loved the band and his "best mates".

"thought I'd let you know this latest story is b****** I love you guys so much I love this band they're my best mates I ain't goin now werrr," he wrote.

Zayn Malik was also linked with a move away from the band last month – something which the band's spokesperson quickly denied.

The comments came as the group continue on their 'Take Me Home' 2013 world tour this week. 

The band kicked off the jaunt at the end of last month with sold-out shows in London before heading around the country.

The band will perform in Dublin for two nights tomorrow (5^th March) before heading to the likes of Manchester, Nottingham and returning to the capital.
