The 'One Thing' star opens up on his relationship breakdown during a new interview with Seventeen magazine.
One Direction star Liam Payne has revealed that breaking up with his former girlfriend Danielle Peazer left him "devastated".
The 'What Makes You Beautiful' star opens up on the relationship during an interview with Seventeen magazine where he admitted that sometimes things simply don't work out as planned.
"I am really devastated by the breakup with Danielle," he confessed. "We had an amazing time together, but unfortunately sometimes things don't go as you planned."
The couple split at the end of last month, with the singer's busy schedule with the band believed to be one of the main reasons for the separation.
Liam has since been linked with former X Factor singer Leona Lewis, but insists the pair are nothing more than friends.

During his chat with the US publication, he also revealed how he used boxing to help overcome bullies.
"I was bullied by a few people who were much older than me," he admitted. "I went to camp to learn boxing. I was 12, and my coach was 24. I felt like if I could fight him, I could stand up to anyone."
Meanwhile, One Direction are today celebrating breaking another record in the US, after new single 'Live While We're Young' became the fastest selling song by a British group in the Billboard chart's 54 year history.
